From the North (Buffalo and surrounding areas):  
Take Route 400 south to Route 16.  Follow Rte. 16 into downtown Olean.  
Turn left on State Street (Route 417).  Go about 6 miles to the Town 
of Portville. Turn left on Maple Street, just past the Town Park. go to * * *

From the North (Rochester and points east that use Rte. 17/I-86):
Exit Rte. 17/I-86 at Cuba, NY.  Take Route 305 south into the Town of
Portville (about 15 miles).  At the light, turn right on Main Street. Go through 
the next light, go one more block and turn right on Maple Street.  go to * * *

From the West: 
Exit Rt. 17/I-86 at the Route 16/Olean exit.  Turn right on Route 16.  Follow 

Rt. 16 into Downtown Olean.  Turn left on State Street (Route 417).  Go about 6 miles 
into the Town of Portville. Turn left on Maple Street, just past the Town Park. go to * * *

     * * *   Go to the end of Maple Street, about a block, and turn left on 
Lillibridge Road.  The Center is located 4.0 miles up Lillibridge Road.  
The last 1/2 mile is a dirt road and winds through the woods.  
At the top of the hill there is a large field on your left and a smaller
pasture on your right.  There is a sign for the Pfeiffer Nature Center
